Brewery Production Assistant
We are looking for a Brewery Production Assistant who will support us as we grow into our expansion. This position will start as help in the current brewery/taproom and will have opportunities for growth as the larger production facility becomes functional.
Type: Full Time
Compensation: $15/hr starting
Position Summary
The Assistant Brewer supports daily brewery operations working closely with the Head Brewer to maintain high standards in the production of quality beer. This role involves hands-on production work, cleaning and sanitation, packaging, inventory management and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brewing Operations
Assist with all aspects of the brewing process: milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, fermenting, and conditioning
Follow established recipes and SOPs
Monitor temperatures, gravity, pH, and other key brewing metrics
Clean and sanitize tanks, hoses, kegs, and equipment
Maintain detailed and accurate production, cleaning, and maintenance logs
Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the brewery
Assist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Follow all safety procedures, including chemical handling
Packaging Support
Assist with kegging, and canning operations
Inspect packaging for quality and consistency
Labeling, palletizing, and preparing product for distribution
Assist in inventory management
Quality Control
Support quality assurance processes, including sensory evaluation and basic lab testing
Identify and report off-flavors, contamination risks, or inconsistencies
Maintain strict sanitation and food safety standards
Experience
No experience necessary but must have a willingness to learn and prioritize maintaining a sanitary and safe environment.

Bartender
Type: Part Time/Weekends
Compensation: $7.25/hr + Tips
Position Summary
The bartender is responsible for providing excellent customer service in the taproom, serving beer and other beverages, creating a welcoming, knowledgeable experience for guests, and completing all other brewery duties as assigned. Our current opening is for a weekend bartender with options for picking up weeknight shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Greet guests promptly and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere
Take orders and make recommendations based on customer preferences
Educate customers about beer styles
Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally
Beverage Service
Pour and serve draft beer according to proper techniques
Maintain knowledge of current tap list and seasonal offerings
Serve flights, pints, and packaged products accurately
Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
Taproom Operations
Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
Keep bar, taproom, and storage areas clean, stocked, and organized
Clean glassware and maintain sanitation standards
Attend mandatory staff meetings
Complete daily cleaning and organizational tasks as assigned
Brand Representation
Share knowledge about the brewery’s story and products
Promote events, new releases, and merchandise
Maintain a positive and professional appearance
Experience
No experience or beer knowledge necessary. Must be 21+.
