DeFault: SMaSH Golden Ale

Single Malt and Single Hop (and doubly refreshing). Light and grainy malt brightened with fruity honeydew & citrus hop flavors with a crisp finish.

Munich Helles

A pale German style lager perfect as a refreshing every day beer. Smooth grainy-sweet malt flavor balanced by restrained bitterness and light noble hop character.

betty the gnome: belgian-style blonde ale

Our World Beer Cup Gold Award winner, Betty the Gnome is a golden ale featuring light malt sweetness, fruity/spicy, Belgian yeast complexity, and a subtly warming alcohol finish.

Number 4: Oat Brown Ale

Nutty, toasty, and rich with toffee caramel and a peppery hop finish.

Festbier

A deep gold/light amber colored German style lager. A soft, elegant, and complex malt impression highlighted by rich bready and light toasty flavors.

Alpha user: ipa

Bright resinous and citrusy hop flavor and aroma with sweet malt and a persistent floral hop finish.

New England Style IPA

“Juicy” IPA featuring Citra, Mosaic, & Simcoe hops. Tropical fruit (mango & pineapple), stone fruit (nectarine), hints of berry, and bright citrus hop character delicately balanced with soft bitterness.

Absolutely Nothing: Black Lager / Schwarzbier

German-Style Black Beer. An extremely drinkable light bodied dark beer still expressing the chocolate, coffee, and slightly smoky characteristics of the dark roasted malts.

Dunkel Bock

German-style Dark Lager. Rich malt character without being too sweet. Toasted bread, light caramel, and hints of dark fruit (raisin).
