"Default" (SMaSH Golden Ale)
Single Malt and Single Hop (and doubly refreshing). Light and grainy malt brightened with fruity honeydew & citrus hop flavors with a crisp finish.
Kolsch
Crisp, delicate balance of subdued light bread & honey maltiness, subtle floral/spicy hops, and hints of pear from the yeast.
Maibock
Light colored German-style Lager brewed to Bock strength for Spring festivals. Mild grain sweetness complimented by smooth floral & spicy noble hops.
"Number 4" (Oat Brown Ale)
Nutty, toasty, and rich with toffee caramel and a peppery hop finish.
Rotbier
Traditional Franconian "red beer" that preceded German Vienna-style Lagers and Marzens. Rich crusty bread and caramel malt flavors over mild berry-like fruit character from the yeast.
Hoppy Saison
Mosaic, Cascade, and Simcoe hops. Tropical fruit, grapefruit citrus, and floral and piny/resinous undertones complement the dry, bready, malt character and earthy complexity of a French/Belgian Saison yeast.
"Alpha User" (IPA)
Bright resinous and grapefruit hop flavor and aroma with sweet malt and a persistent floral hop finish.
“Absolutely Nothing” (Black Lager / Schwarzbier)
German-Style Black Beer. Extremely drinkable light body dark beer expressing the chocolate, coffee, and slightly smoky characteristics of dark roasted malts.
Jalapeno/Honey Scotch Ale (Wee Heavy)
A fruity jalapeño aroma, hints of honey, and slowly building heat on the finish compliment the caramel sweetness, light roasted, and faintly smoky character in this complex, rich, full-bodied, malty beer.
